Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how JMR Florida Capital LLC, doing business as DataBridge Capital ("DataBridge Capital," "we," "us"), 701 Brickell Ave, STE 1550, Miami, FL 33131, handles personal information in connection with databridgecap.com, website inquiries, and the evaluation of business-data opportunities.
Information we collect
Our contact page uses an inquiry form provided by Close, our customer relationship management provider. The form collects your name and email address, and optionally your company, message, and phone number, along with a separate, optional choice about whether to receive text messages. Submissions are processed and stored by Close on our behalf. You may also contact us by email. If you take part in an evaluation, we may receive business information you or your organization share with us for that purpose.
The website's own code does not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you
- To evaluate potential business-data opportunities
- To schedule and follow up on conversations you request
- To send text messages if, and only if, you have explicitly opted in
- To operate, secure, and improve the website, and to meet legal obligations
How we share information
We share information with service providers that support our operations and communications, who may use it only to provide services to us. Introductions to buyers, and any sharing of business data, occur only as permitted by the relevant party and under the applicable agreement. Submitting an inquiry does not grant us or anyone else rights to your data; any dataset license, sale, or transfer requires a separate signed agreement. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Text messaging (SMS)
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data-sharing categories in this policy and are not shared with third parties, except aggregators and service providers necessary to deliver and support the text messaging service.
SMS subscriber information, including mobile numbers, opt-in records, and consent information, is never included in any dataset acquired, licensed, sold, or transferred to buyers, and is never used for third-party marketing.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including responding to your inquiry and evaluating opportunities, and as needed to meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations or to resolve disputes. Retention periods vary depending on the purpose and the type of information.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. We will respond as required by applicable law, subject to legal exceptions. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
