Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to it.

Intellectual property

The website's content, logo, and design are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Inquiries and valuations

Inquiries are submitted through a form provided by Close, which processes and stores submissions on our behalf. The form asks for your name and email, and optionally your company, message, and phone number, with a separate, optional text-message consent choice. Do not submit raw datasets, files, passwords, or credentials through the form.

Submitting an inquiry or receiving a preliminary valuation does not create or complete any transaction, grant any rights in your data, or create any obligation for either party. Any acquisition, license, or transfer of data is governed only by a separate, definitive written agreement signed by the parties.

Text messaging program

• Our text messaging program covers only people who explicitly opt in. It is limited to automated inquiry responses, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and customer-care follow-ups you request. It does not include promotional or unsolicited messages.
• Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing any services.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out, after which we will not send further texts unless you explicitly opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
